Russia

Russia is the largest jurisdiction in the ReRB catalog. It brings together limited-liability companies (OOO), joint-stock companies (AO and PAO) and individual entrepreneurs (IP), each identified by its INN tax number and OGRN registration number. Entries span every federal subject — from Moscow and St. Petersburg to the industrial Urals, the resource regions of Siberia and the ports of the Far East — organised by region, city and line of business. Source data comes from the Federal Tax Service unified state registers of legal entities and entrepreneurs (EGRUL and EGRIP), the Rosstat statistical classifications and the annual accounting statements filed with the state. Together they let you confirm that a counterparty exists and is active, read its registered address and activity codes, review several years of revenue and profit, and identify its directors and owners before you commit to a contract. Poland

Poland extends the catalog into the European Union. It covers registered companies — limited-liability (sp. z o.o.), joint-stock (S.A.) and partnerships — recorded in the National Court Register (KRS), alongside the millions of sole proprietors held in the CEIDG business register. Each entity is identified by its NIP tax number, REGON statistical number and, for companies, a KRS number. The catalog is arranged across all sixteen voivodeships, from Mazovia with Warsaw to Lesser Poland, Silesia and Pomerania, down to individual cities and activity categories. Data is drawn from the KRS, CEIDG, the REGON register kept by Statistics Poland (GUS) and the Ministry of Finance VAT white list, which confirms tax status and official bank accounts. This lets you check that a Polish contractor is validly registered and VAT-active, review its financial filings and identify its board and shareholders before signing. Belarus

Belarus completes the catalog's Eastern-European coverage. It lists limited-liability companies (OOO and ODO), unitary enterprises and individual entrepreneurs, each carrying the UNP payer number assigned on registration. Entities are grouped across all six regions — Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk and Mogilev — together with the capital, Minsk, which concentrates much of the country's trade, manufacturing and IT sector. The information originates in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs maintained by the Ministry of Justice, supplemented by the activity classifications published by the National Statistical Committee, Belstat. From a company card you can verify current status and registration number, check the official address and management, and see the declared line of business — essential when screening a Belarusian supplier or partner for a cross-border transaction.
